What if google doesn’t work for a day?

Let me take a scenario, like:-  I am at office,  checking my scrum tasks, and finally I choose one for the moment, and alas! I found something which I really don’t know about it. Well, what’s that? Have to create something so weird !@#@# and have no clue of what to do with that. What would I do if I don’t know that stuff? Aha! I will open www.google.com (Perhaps, will be enquiring to my own busy boss and mates, let this thing be a worst case scenario”Nobody knows about it”). I will be googling to find out what is what? It will serve me the right information in seconds after all their algorithm

TweetGt -A Gtalk bot/My twitter app

I love google’s services , one among them is Google App engine,  a cloud computing technology which  virtualizes applications across multiple servers and data centers. It is very easy to host our application on their servers , they offer a limited service for free.

I learned  something on app engine which is very flexible to create applications . I used Google’s Eclipse plugin which includes GWT, a framework by google for building web applications.   Google Wave: A real-time communication platform

This my first post that relates a google product , the Google Wave. Another fascination which is next to Gmail!

Google Wave is going to be a new way of communication which is expected its release later this year. It is totally a new form of email system , where there are threads between emails tend to be artificial constructs created by a specific email client.

In simple words, Google Wave is a real-time communication platform. It is an exiting way to share ideas and collaborate over the web instantly. There are  so many features such as file sharing, photo sharing, email, instant messaging, wikis, web chat, social networking, and so on. Using this client you can join and bring your friends , family, team members ,and business partners, then share files and how was the day.

It has so many innovative features like real-time (you can see what your partner type word by word) , you can embed this to any website or blog, you can build your own application as like one can do on facebook , this can be embedded on Orkut also, it has auto correction of spellings and it can translate to other languages too.

Most exciting feature is playback of any part of wave ( you will understand when you use it ;) )  and drag-n-drop feature of files (gears will be provided for this feature)

Last but not least an exiting thing is that google wave code is an open source, any developers can adopt for the faster innovation and build applications.

Here is the video of demonstation, have a look on it ( be patient since this video has length about an hour!  but has exictement totally! )
